What if I need a trial?

The best way to trial Compass is to sign-up for the smallest package that meets your needs. And remember you can cancel at any time. If you do cancel your account you will not be charged again but existing charges cannot be prorated.

Are there long-term contracts?

Not at all. You can cancel your service at any time. Our goal is to earn your business each and every month through a great product experience, great customer service and support. Please note that while you can cancel at any time we cannot issue refunds.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express all through our online payment system. We do not accept any offline payments for these packages. If you need more than 100 users please contact us to schedule a call.

Can I integrate to email archiving systems?

Yes. Many of our customers have integrated to their existing archiving systems. This includes Smarsh, Symantec Vault, Iron Port, AXS-One, LiveOffice and more.

What browsers do you support?

All Socialware applications work with IE 6, 7, & 8, Firefox 3 and higher, Safari 4 and Google Chrome.

How do I get started after signing up?

After signing up, your account will be provisioned and a Customer Success Manager will contact you to help get you started.
